Making A Difference For Your Company
QMS has been excellent! Anytime we call they get right on the issue. Nice thing is they worked with our guys and trained on stuff like aligning turrets and general PM. They have been very good. Machines are great. We did training with QMS and Eurotech at QMS facility—sent operators there. I’d give them a 5 our of 5. We have no complaints. Flexco, Manufacturing Manager, Ray Lee 11-19-20
QMS is very good. Every once in a while, something will fall thru the cracks. But they are really good overall. There is a lot of uncertainty these days but we are busy as all get out. QMS are one of our primary places we go to for projects. We usually look for QMS to help; they are our first choice for stuff. They have good, personal service and very responsive. Honeywell, Senior Manufacturing Engineer Bill DeMuth 11-19-20
QMS is excellent. They are world class. Matt is just right on it. There is no playing around. He gets answers. They are superior to a lot of machine distributors I’ve had over the years. No question about that. I’d say I’d give them a 4.9. LOL Well no I would have to give them a 5 out of 5. But I’d give a 6 if he could hire another great guy like Chris. Chris is so good, just an amazing technician. He is sharp, informative and friendly. With Matt getting us parts and service, they are a 5. Swiss Automation, Plant Manager, Mike Merrill 11-19-20

I’d say to everything (service, support, communication) QMS is exceptional. We were dealing directly with vendor but weren't’ getting results we needed. Once QMS came in, they’ve gone above and beyond on everything we’ve asked for. I see no room for improvement on our end. They do a great job. 5 out of 5 for sure. Walter Muszynski, Plant Operations Director, Milwaukee Valve Co. 11-19-20.
QMS is doing pretty good. We just bought another machine form them. Had a little problem. It was a rebuilt machine from QMS—when first started some problem but they were fixed right away. It was a rush job for customers.
They are really good about being there and getting job up and running. Then the gun parts are going hot. QMS is good with gun parts and Eurotech is great with firearms. Overall I’d say that QMS is 4.5 out of 5. Tri Part, Owner, Bob Flaningam 11-19-20
As a Team, QMS has very good communication. You get to know everybody. Always a good idea to have a cell phone. I even had cases when I needed help and they even answer on vacation. I forget something or have m code question on this or that—and they reply quickly and direct. They understand manufacturing is not a 9-5 job. It is 24 hours a day and they bend over backwards. I know at least 5 of the QMS team—they are all great I’d give them a 5 out of 5.
Our company/our work is in the pipeline industry, and we had gotten bought out over 2.5 years ago by a big corporation. Before COVID we ramped up inventory and since January of last year, we exceeded and broke sales records. We’ve done extremely well.
We purchased Eurotech machines from Dave and they do extremely well for us, and they make a lot of parts very quickly; that’s why we got so much inventory—we had planned on a great year. We were looking to buy a third Eurotech but with COVID everything is on hold. Advanced Valve Technologies, Brian Topf
I work with a few machine dealers (I also have Swiss machines not made by Eurotech). Nothing is ever 100% and if anyone tells you different in this industry then they’re blowing steam. What I can say basically, about QMS is that they do their best. What I like the best about them is that I can work direct with the owner. I’m 63 and been in business 38 years. Working with salesmen is a pain and just not good cause you’re going thru the middle man and not getting answers direct. It’s so much nicer to work with the owner. They are very knowledgeable. Their response time is excellent! There are so many variables you can’t control. It’s just really nice to work with owner direct. Their communication is direct and easy. I call Dave all the time on his cell phone and he makes sure things are done. You know the industry is slow—everyone except gun. I reached out to Jeff Walz at Eurotech and Dave and they gave me great leads for work. I followed up and got prints and samples. I’m getting half a million to 750,000 new business. I’m a 7 million dollar company so that’s big! You’re a team when you work with QMS. GUN owners know that Eurotech are specialized in what they need to make—firearms are a very good fit for Eurotech. Gun people are going to Eurotech now that they got smart and ask who has a Eurotech and send their work. They’re not just going to talk to a salesman. I’d rate QMS a 4.9 out of 5 and that’s just cause we are all human and no one can be 100%. Bryco, Owner, Bryon Bettinardi 11-19-20
